I recently had my car bonnet repaired and resprayed by H & L Twickenham and the entire experience with this company was outstanding from start to finish. From the very first conversation, it was clear I was in good hands friendly, transparent, and genuinely invested in getting everything just right. The quality of the work absolutely exceeded my expectations. The finish on the bonnet looks flawless, like the car just rolled out of the showroom. What really stood out, though, was the pride and professionalism shown by every member of the team. You can tell they truly care about their craft, and that level of dedication shines through in the final result. From the initial meeting to the final handover, the whole process was smooth, reassuring, and honestly just a pleasure. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Very satisfied with the windscreen replacement and ADAS calibration work carried out by H&L. All the staff I met were super friendly and professional. Chris also kept me up to date all the time on the order (shipped from Germany), progress of the work and booked me in as soon as he found an available slot. I would like to recommend and thank the kind staff at H&L in Twickenham. I had a scratch/paint mark, but on a hired car due to be returned, so it was urgent. I luckily met Gareth and Azaan who had some tricks of the trade and with patience made it disappear like magic and look like new. They did not have to do what they did so I want to highlight their kindness and professionalism & say thank-you again guys. I will be back.

Good old fashioned honesty and great service. Trusted garage that is not just looking for unnecessary work, like all these dodgy dealers doing their "free health checks", which are really "see what we can find for a good profit" checks! Overall, great service from all at H&L.

Excellent service from H&L, especially from Glenn, who handled the repair of my car and put me in touch with AX, a claims management company, who handed every detail on my behalf. Would definitely recommend.
